Caleb has an instinct for technical detail and construction implementation. With a valuable few years packed with experience dealing with the forefront of various facade projects, Caleb is a key player in overseeing the smooth and seamless execution of projects.

Claire drives Colorminium’s campaign strategies while playing a vital role in supporting the Envoy brand. A collaborative thinker with a sharp eye for detail, she ensures that all internal and external messaging remains cohesive, impactful, and perfectly aligned with our brand identity.

David began his career journey as a junior estimator in the 1980s, steadily progressing to take full responsibility for leading project teams and delivering comprehensive construction management services. With a wealth of industry experience, David specializes in executing complex, high-value façade projects, consistently driving his teams toward successful project delivery.

As a Business Development Executive at Envoy Projects, Fletcher has a keen focus on identifying potential projects and partnerships, collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including architects, developers, and professional teams.

Florin excels in overseeing tasks and personnel on the Envoy site. With excellent leadership skills, he delegates responsibilities and fosters teamwork to achieve on-time and within-budget project completion. Florin utilises his 17 years of experience to identify and resolve potential issues, prioritizing safety and compliance. Florin is highly organised and efficient, making him an exceptional construction site manager for Envoy.

James brings a wealth of knowledge and industry experience to the team, having successfully delivered some of the business’s most prestigious schemes. His meticulous attention to detail and focus on building team accountability ensure that complex projects are consistently kept on track and delivered to meet precise client requirements. James is passionate about selecting the right supply chain partners, an approach that has proven invaluable on major schemes including Barts Square and Rose Court.

As a Business Development Executive at Envoy Projects, Julia uses her initiative and drive to focus on the early stages and research of a new project lead, as well as making initial contact with stakeholders. Julia is deeply committed to helping Envoy fulfill its role in building safer environments.

Kaloyan is a driven Site Manager with seven years of industry experience and a strong, practical understanding of project management and programme delivery. He takes a proactive approach to maintaining rigorous health and safety standards on site while managing day-to-day construction operations. Combined with excellent communication skills at all levels, Kaloyan excels at building trust and maintaining positive relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Kieran has 18 years’ experience at Colorminium, bringing a wealth of experience, industry knowledge and leadership to the Envoy team. Kieran’s greatest passion is seeing our team deliver trusted expert advice, that increases Client ROIs, with recent close input on Colorminium projects; Rose Court, Space House and many other schemes.

As an experienced Project Manager with a wealth of expertise in the construction industry, Kris has served as a key contributor to Envoy. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated qualifications and dedication to ensure safety and compliance. In his role, he brings together his extensive qualifications, industry experience, compliance, and efficient project delivery to ensure the successful execution of construction projects under his supervision.

As a Business Development Executive at Envoy Projects, Lee has a keen focus on identifying potential projects and partnerships, collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including architects, developers, and professional teams. He has had experience in the Commercial and Residential Construction sectors.

With considerable experience in Business Development, Lloyd collaborates closely with clients and internal teams to gain a deep understanding of their needs and requirements. With a solution-oriented approach, he works alongside them to create packages that meet and exceed client expectations. A principle which he lives and breathes is “Our Duty is Safety”.

Michael is a results-driven professional with a can-do attitude, building strong client and team relationships while managing expectations with confidence. He has gained experience working for two other Façade Contractors and on projects across London and the South East of England. He joined the team in 2020 and has progressed to a Project Manager. 

Molly, the Legal and Compliance Assistant at Colorminium, plays a crucial role in managing and completing internal and external PQQs for both Colorminium and Envoy. WIth 4 years of experience in company compliance, Molly possesses a strong understanding of both companies.

As Head of Client Relations, Murray specializes in fostering long-lasting partnerships and understanding the unique needs of stakeholders, including architects, developers, and professional teams. His proactive approach to client engagement ensures that every project is delivered with a focus on collaboration and quality. Murray is committed to creating value at every stage of the process, from early engagement right through to project completion.

Nelu is a highly experienced Construction and Quality Assurance Manager with a proven track record across all stages of project delivery, from initial pre-construction through to final handover. Taking full responsibility for managing on-site teams and subcontractors, he ensures that every detail aligns with stringent quality standards. Nelu’s comprehensive oversight and proactive management are key to driving complex projects to a successful conclusion.

With a decade of experience in facade design, Phil brings a wealth of technical know-how and instinctive insight to every project that he works on. His expertise truly shines on complex projects requiring an innovative solution to achieve effective remediation or renewal within constraints.

As Operations Director at Colorminium, Reuben oversees the Envoy project delivery team. With over 17 years in construction, he is passionate about doing the ‘right thing’ in every situation. Reuben’s core focus in Envoy is to enhance the perception of construction among residents with whom we interact so closely, creating a positive experience for each stakeholder.

Ronnie specialises in working closely with main contractors, clients, quantity surveyors, project managers and architects. He excels in guiding project stakeholders to achieve a balance between ambitious architectural goals, high-level cost plans, and tight schedules. In today’s challenging climate, where balancing time, cost and quality is more demanding than ever, Ronnie is a reliable expert when working with a focused team to achieve clear targets.

As CEO of Colorminium, Roscoe demonstrates a deep interest in the Envoy division. After more than 20 years in the construction industry, Roscoe believes wholeheartedly in the need and importance for building safety and is keen for Envoy to play its part in restoring the UK’s reputation for safe building standards.

Scott plays a vital role in Colorminium, where he oversees and manages opportunities from quoting to handover. With 15 years of experience in the company, he has acquired a diverse range of skills and knowledge through involvement in various departments. In Envoy, he uses his well-rounded knowledge and expertise to add value throughout the pre-construction phase of a project.

For the past 12 years, Simon has been an integral part of Colorminium’s Commercial and Finance functions. He is dedicated to managing risks and guiding the direction of the business; ensuring successful growth, financially stability and the delivery of projects. In Envoy, Simon plays a crucial role in ensuring that we have the resources and expertise to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Steve is a construction professional, with a proven track record of successful and safe project delivery through the optimisation of pre-construction processes, control of programme and costs, and the building, mentoring and development of engaged teams that can deliver quality and safety to budget and time.

Steve has a successful track record of over 16 years in the construction industry. From his beginnings as a Quantity Surveyor, he has developed a profound understanding of how projects are iniated and the critical factors that contribute to ensuring successful project implementation.

As Head of People & Culture, Tamsin oversees all HR functions for both companies. She has a special focus on supporting the Envoy team, as it continues to expand and require additional members who share our passion. She actively supports the existing team, providing training and development opportunities. Tamsin’s passion lies in discovering, nurturing, and advancing our people, as they are our most valuable asset.
